I for one am a coupon-a-olic, I clip and take them with me everywhere I go, I even have a coupon book I bought to keep in my purse, it really helps me stay organized.  My dad got me started when I was 13, he would have me cut them out and file them in a box for my mom, so its a family thing I guess.

Ohhh, I can so relate. This is me to a “T”. When the Sunday paper comes, I always look through the coupons and save
the ones that I will some day use. Then months later, I end up throwing them out because they have expired. Sigh.

I posted this in another thread, but I was doing the same thing. I started putting the coupons in an envelope and writing the name of the coupon and the expiration date on the outside.
I keep the envelope with my shopping list, so I take the envelope to the store along with my shopping list. I just wish more stores would double coupons, like they used to. Sigh.

I go in spurts with my co upon use, but I try to use them as much as possible. It just that some weeks I have ones that I can use and other weeks there isn’t a single one that I need. I do print alot off the internet but I’ve run into problems with some stores not wanting to accept those. I have a coupon organizer that I keep in my pocketbook so they
re handy just in case I need them. I usually try to go thru and pull the ones I think I might use that week and put them in front in the order of the store layout.
I wish more stores doubled coupons too, we only have one in town that does that anymore.

I use coupons all the time.  My coupon book consists of a 3 ring binder & baseball card insert pages.  Since I do most of my shopping at Kroger I fixed the book isle by isle.  And even when I go to another store I know exactly where my coupons are located in the book.  Kroger is the only store that doubles up to 50 cents where I live.  Occ. Kmart will double up to $2 the last time I went there I bought $126 worth of items & paid $29.00 OOP.  I started my stockpiling last Sept & have saved alot of money & most of it was free from using coupons & waiting til they go on sale at their rock bottom price.

I am another that forgets coupons. Now that we don’t have kids in the house, I don’t see a lot of coupons I would use. Here they seem to mostly be cereals and snack foods, and cleaning products.

I use coupons all the time.  I made a file and separated it into six or seven different categories.  Then I file all the coupons in order according to their expiration dates.  It’s a little time consuming at first but an easy way to make sure you use them before they run out.

Simple Needs I got my inserts at Wal-Mart.  At my store they have them up front where the collection of baseball, football, basketball cards are kept.  They are clear in come in a package.  A little pricey but well worth it $6-9. If i have more than 1 of the same coupon I just put them all together in the same insert.  Sometimes you may have to fold them to get them to fit.  But is so much more easier to use.  I keep my book, scissors & a pen in a shoulder bag that when I go into the store all I have to put in it is my Wallet.

Also the coupons that I don’t use one of the local Hospitals here collects them & sends them to the Military.  They have 3 they send them too.  I took a great big envelope about 3 wks ago for them to send think it weighed about 5 pds.  They can use them up to 6 mths after being expired.  So I felt like that was helping instead of putting them in the trash.

I always use coupons. I also PRICE MATCH, so often times if I do both, I will buy an item worth $5.00 for $1. I love it!
