Any details about Paula coming to Charlotte, NC, on Aug. 26th. Our local Food Lion has a promotion going on to win two tickets to see Paula at a “private cooking show”. Just wondering where this is being held in Charlotte and exactly what kind of event it is…......for charity, etc.?? Thanks for any info.

You all get to be the first to know… here’s the dates and locations for the Savannah Style book tour featuring Paula and Brandon.

As always, if you have questions about the event, you need to contact the location in advance as each store has their own rules about the signings, such as if you have to purchase the items there, if you can have items other than the promoted book signed, if photos are allowed, etc. The signings are limited to two hours only, so make sure you plan in advance to get your place in line! (Please note that the locations are set by the publisher, not Paula Deen Enterprises.)

aula is so sorry that her Celebrity Chefs Tour appearances in February and March had to be canceled and, if you bought tickets or were planning to go, she apologizes. There were a number of troubling issues with the tour and Paula found it necessary to cancel rather than invite her fans to attend a show that might disappoint them. Me and my best friend are going to Jackson Ms to see Paula on Sat March 28th 2009..I think we got the fourth row tickets..already got tickets..anyway it is close..just wondering if anyone has gone and what should we expect? How do they dress? It is the 5pm show..we are excited..we all love her here in MS..If anyone has gone to her show please let me know what to expect..what also is the expo i hear you all talking about? Can you buy before and after the shows? Her bks and products?

Book Signing in Savannah August 12, 2009

Paula, Jamie, Bobby and Uncle Bubba will be at Uncle Bubba’s Oyster House for a book signing. Free trolley service provided by Old Savannah Tours and Old Town Trolley at Johnson Square starting at 12 pm, running every 30 minutes until 3 pm with return trips available after the signing.

This is my first post, so I guess an introduction is in order. I’m Lisa from Chicago. I’m a former Social Worker who is now a stay at home mommy. My fiance’ (Eric) and I visited and fell in love with Savannah several years ago. We’re finally tying the knot next April… and we’re bringing 40 of our closest friends & family down to Savannah to do it!

I was wondering how far in advance Paula’s schedule is up - we would LOVE to see if there happen to be any events going on during the few days we’ll be in town. Paula was the main reason we decided to take that first trip to Savannah and I’d love to meet her and thank her for opening our eyes to such an amazing city!
