Per Serving: (3/4 cup) 130 Cal (30% from Fat, 16% from Protein, 54% from Carb); 5 g Protein; 4 g Tot Fat; 3 g Sat Fat; 1 g Mono Fat; 18 g Carb; 1 g Fiber; 10 g Sugar; 218 mg Calcium; 0 mg Iron; 106 mg Sodium; 13 mg Cholesterol

Test Kitchen Tip: Nutmeg adds a unique, almost eggnog flavor to this milkshake. For a fresher taste, use whole nutmeg and grate it with a zester. If you prefer to use chocolate instead of vanilla ice cream, omit the nutmeg and add a pinch of ground cinnamon instead.

I love watching your mom with you guys. Thank you for making lighter changes to your moms recipes. I have made a few of her recipes & they all turned out great, but I need some lighter versions thanks

Love the shake, I make one and use fat free chocolate frozen yogurt instead of the ice cream and add the hazelnut favored splenda.
