Iced Mocha Frappe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups hot brewed coffee
  • 4 (1 oz) packages hot chocolate mix , (3/4 cup mix)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • whipped cream, for serving

Preparation

In a heat-proof bowl or pitcher, add the coffee, hot chocolate mix and sugar. Stir until well combined. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze, covered, for at least 3 hours and up to 1 week.

 

Put the frozen cubes in a blender. Add the cream and vanilla and puree until smooth. Divide the frappe into tall glasses and top with whipped cream.

Is there a ratin

Is there a rating higher than a 50????

Seriously you can stop going to those expensive coffee houses because this recipe is the bomb-dot-com. My daughter absolutely loved it. My only problem with the recipe is that it never said how many ice cubes to what ratio of cream. So I did 1/4 cup to 8 cubes and it made one 10 oz serving for her. Oh and I used Land-o-Lakes Caramel Hot Chocolate so now it is more like a Caramel Macchiato!!! THANK YOU PAULA ... PAULA DEEN THE COFFEE QUEEN!!!
