Homemade Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz) cans drained and rinsed black beans
  • 1 small finely diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 (4 oz) can with juice chopped green chiles
  • 1 small seeds and veins removed, and minced green bell pepper
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 3 large ripe diced tomatoes
  • 1 large peeled and diced avocado
  • 1 peeled and diced mango
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 juiced limes

Directions

Combine all ingredients, and any extra ingredients you may want to add, in a large glass bowl. Stir well with a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips.
