Homemade Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 thinly sliced potatoes
  • to taste salt
  • peanut oil

Directions

In a large saucepan, heat oil to 350 °F F. Add potato slices in batches and heat to 375 °F F. Fry until light golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels, season and serve.
