Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 cups white rice, cooked (leftover)
  • 2 cups ham, diced (leftover)
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple rings, drained and sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Paula Deen Hot Sauce, to taste, for serving

Preparation

Step 1

In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the green onion, garlic, ginger and eggs. Sauté until eggs are cooked and vegetables are golden, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add rice and ham and cook until coated with the oil and slightly golden, another 2 minutes. Toss in the pineapple, peas and soy sauce and cook until all ingredients are heated through and well mixed.

yum! I like vid

yum! I like videos like this...paula and Jamie or Bobby cooking together and sharing memories. This is more of what I signed on the pdn to see and learn. I prefer the family recipes. I don't really care for the alcohol and mess like that.
