Fruit Yogurt Parfait Recipe by Paula Deen

  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 cups grated coconut
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup granola cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries


For the granola:

Preheat oven to 350°. Toss all together and place onto a cooking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool.

In serving glasses, layer granola, yogurt, and fruit as desired. Serve immediately, or cover, and chill for up to 2 hours.
