After a trip to a strawberry farm for picking berries with the kids, there is nothing better than to have them help make a tasty recipe with their strawberry spoils. Using the produce they worked so hard to help pick and making it into a treat for all their friends is just one way to help ignite their drive for learning about where their food comes from and what delicious things they can create with it. Paula’s Strawberry Banana Ice Pops is the perfect recipe for little hands with inquiring minds and big appetites.

Why not sugar-free pudding for Strawberry Banana Ice Pops?
By Nanette on July 17, 2011
These look great, I'm curious how they would taste with chocolate pudding instead of banana? Any thoughts?

Hey Kim! The sugar free pudding just didn’t work well for us. Flavor or consistency. We have tried this with yogurt and it worked well if that would be something more to your liking. Thank you for your question.

Looks great! Just curious though about not using sugar-free. Will it make them not set up correctly? I’m insulin resistant, and would prefer to use the sugar free mix. Thanks!
