Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older, as of “Sweepstakes Start Date.” Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, member magazines, advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively including Sponsor, “Sweepstakes Entities”) their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to New York City. The prize must be used on date of Show’s taping, Thursday, August 13, 2008. The Prize is dependent on Food Network's Show taping schedule and will require winner to reschedule trip to accommodate the alternative taping date. The prize is subject to availability, advance reservations and other restrictions, including state, local and federal laws and limitations that may apply. The prize is transferable, however there are no substitutions or cash credits. Blackout dates may apply.

Drawing and Notification: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on or about July 28, 2008 by the “Administrator”, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and mail. Upon initial notification and verification of potential Grand Prize winner, confirmation will be sent to winner in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor’s choice. By submitting an entry, you are authorizing the Sponsor to send you e-mails about its products and services. You may opt-out of receiving future e-mails from Sponsor by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in any received e-mail. Prize Conditions: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and return it within 14 days of written notification. Travel companion must also execute and return a travel release. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.
