I received an activation email, but when I click the link, it tells me the link is invalid.
This often happens if you double click the link instead of just clicking it once. Try to log in from the homepage of PaulaDeen.com with the username and password you created during the registration process. If that does not work, please use the form below to ask for help.
It says my username or screenname is not available.
The best way to register is to use a combination of your first and last name. If your last name is "Smith," you should add numbers to it. Make sure that your username and screenname are the same, otherwise, you are likely to receive this error. First names only will not be available as someone will more than likely have already registered with that name.
I forgot my password.
1. Go to the homepage.
2. In the upper right-hand corner, look for "Welcome to PaulaDeen.com register | login."
3. Click "register".
4. Underneath the "submit" and "close" buttons is a "Forgot your password?" link. Click it, and follow the steps to create a new password.
Once logged in, you can change your password in your user profile page to a password you will remember here.
I registered for the newsletter, but cannot log on to the website.
Subscribing to the Paula Deen newsletter does not create an account on Paula Deen.com. To create an account:
1. Go to the homepage.
2. In the upper right-hand corner, look for "Welcome to PaulaDeen.com register | login."
3. Click "register" and follow the steps.

You will then need to check your email account for a confirmation email. Please click this link only once. If you do not receive the email within 2 hours, please look in your junk or spam mail folder.

After you have clicked the link, your account will be active on PaulaDeen.com.
I created an account, but when I try to log in, it tells me my account is not active.
This error mostly occurs because you did not click the confirmation link in the email we sent. If you do not see it in your inbox, please look in your junk or spam mail folder. Please click this link only once to complete your registration. If you no longer have this email, please use the form below to request a new activiation email.
How can I change my username or email address?
Those changes may be made by updating your user profile here.
How can I unsubscribe to the Newsletter?
The easiest way to unsubscribe is to use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email newsletters.
