Cheeseburger Meatloaf and Sauce Recipe by Paula Deen

  • 1 teaspoon Paula Deen's Seasoned Salt
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated, divided
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Paula Deen's House Seasoning
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, optional


Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients except bread slices. soup and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Shape into loaf. Place loaf on 1 1/2 quart loaf pan lined with white bread slices. Bake loaf for 45 minutes. The bread absorbs the grease and should be discarded after loaf is removed from oven.




Heat soup and milk over medium heat; add cheese. You can add chopped onions and parsley to the sauce. Pour over meat loaf or pass at the table.
