Excellent recipe

Excellent recipe! I have little ones running around all the time so I'm always looking for recipes that I can put together quickly and easily and this fit the bill! The hardest part is waiting for it to cool so I can dig in. Thanks for the great recipe

My 75 year old

My 75 year old Mama absolutely loves coconut pie. I made her this pie and you should have seen the smile that came over her little face! She said it tasted like the ones her Mama made when she was little. Thanks Miss Paula!

I love coconut c

I love coconut custard pie. I have been making this recipe for years. I think it was called French Silk Pie originally. I double it and then reduce the coconut. But this updated recipe has less coconut which I have always liked. I make it with lactose free milk, a little vanilla, and truvia. I'm diabetic and lactose intolerant. Its my favorite guilt free dessert. Thanks Paula.
