Hello Judith Guillermin! There are several inspired hash brown recipes, check these out and see if they are the one's you are referring to: The Hash Brown Casserole or a Creamy Hash Brown Casserole. You can also try something different like Bobby’s Lighter Creamy Hash Brown Casserole or even a Hash Brown Quiche. Here at Paula Deen we encourage you to try our dishes!

Hi Is it possible to send me a PD recipe from a show she did with Fox and Friends at Christmas. It was a breakfast casserole with hash browns, cheese, onion, sourcream etc. She gave all the ingredients but not the amounts. I want to serve it. An answer would be greatly appreciated. I have a couple of her cookbooks and I do not see the recipe in them. Thank you. Judy G.

I love reading about your family and seeing your pictures. I respect the fact that you are teaching your son's family values because so much of that seems to be going by the wayside anymore..maybe someday we will meet and by that time your son's may even have their own cooking show.lol..wishing you lots and lots of love from this country girl's kitchen to Brooke Deen's kitchen of love.
