Chocolate Orange Drops
½ cup butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sifted all purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together in large mixing bowl butter, cream cheese, sugar, egg, orange zest and vanilla flavoring. Blend well. In a medium bowl, whisk salt into flour. Add flour mixture ¼ cup at a time into wet ingredients until just mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Lightly grease baking sheet and using a teaspoon drop mix on baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake 12 minutes.
Yield: 3 dozen cookies

Cook time: 12 minutes

Add a few spoonfuls of parmesan cheese to the flour and cornmeal breading and it kicks the tomatoes up another notch. Bev

Congrats Bobby. Loved the family picture miss you Paula on TV will be watching online. Jack is getting big. Looks like his mom but Matt aka moose has your face.
