Well we decided to have 2 days of Labor Day so tonight we made chicken wings (with my homemade wing sauce) and sweet potato fries. Tomorrow, we're having BBQ Baby Back Rigs (with my homemade BBQ sauce), macaroni & cheese southern style, and baked beans. Don't know what we're having for dessert tomorrow because I'm making Pirate Cake Pops to send to North Carolina for my grandson's second birthday (so really don't know if I'll want any dessert). I love anything & everything that Paula and/or her boys make! Whenever I serve something new the first question my family ask is "is this a Paula recipe"?? It's nice to see a good ol' Southern girl have fun doing something we all love to do and making a success of it!!!! My aunt reminds me of Paula so much, she's from south Georgia and has been cooking like Paula before Paula was even known!! Keep making us Southern girls proud, Paula!!

Throughout the history of cooking, humans have cooked everything, and in every imiginable way. I get bored, bored bored trying to find something new. God gave me Paula and her fresh, ingenious ways! Realistic, fun, delicious, new ideas along with tidbits that can change greatk but boring recipes. Im the biggest fan she and her family can have, without being psycho about it:) Thank you Paula!
