I made the Lowcountry Skillet last night; made 2 chops instead of 4, I took the smaller one and my husband ate the other with ALL the gravy, onions and peppers. I heard him scraping the bottom of the skillet with a spoon. I think if he could've licked out the skillet he would have! Recipe was great!
