I DON'T BAKE OR USE MY OVEN ALOT, I NEED SOMETHING THAT I CAN SAUTE, W/O 'FRYING' I CAN DO WHITEFISH IN MICRO. BUT HV USE W.W. BEFORE, THEY SAY THE SMALL AMT. OF OIL U USE TO SAUTE, WILL NOT HURT US. ALSO HV THOSE NEW, ORGREENIC PANS. LOVE THEM, U REALLY 'DON'T NEED ANY OIL, OR BUTTER FOR FISH OR MOST THINGS.THANK YOU PAULA, & SONS, LOVE YOU ALL!! BONNIEJANE

I made the Lowcountry Skillet last night; made 2 chops instead of 4, I took the smaller one and my husband ate the other with ALL the gravy, onions and peppers. I heard him scraping the bottom of the skillet with a spoon. I think if he could've licked out the skillet he would have! Recipe was great!
