A Southern side dish that’s as common as our pecan trees that’s good nearly year round.
You’ll always find a warm serving of these greens on the buffet at The Lady and Sons.
This recipe quickly became one of the most requested dishes down at the restaurant.
Trust us. You haven’t lived until you’ve tried Paula’s famous macaroni and cheese.
Served as an appetizer, these tomatoes will be a huge hit at your next family gathering.

I tried your zuccini bread and it was fabtabulous. It was the best I have ever eaten said my family. Easy to make and with the summer crop coming in I am sure I will be making quite a lot of them. I baked mine in a bundt pan and we eat it all day. Yum Yum!!! Wish I could rate this a 10 because it deserves a 10

We were in Savannah last August. We ate dinner at your restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Our server was wonderful as was the food. We wanted to have the true southern dinning experience and try some of your special recipes. I tried the fried green tomatoes, bought your cookbook and have made them several times. I love watching your shows and have tried several of your recipes. They have all turned out great. Thanks for all the new ideas.

To Patricia Bryan: I'd like a Q&A also! Here is what I do for fried okra and squash. After dipping into egg and then cornmeal, I put them on a baking rack for a little while to "dry." This helps keep the batter on when frying. Hope this helps!
