Paula, before i had computer, i could not write your coconut cake fast enough and the measurements were not told on a couple ingredients. So could you please post it. And also have you ever made the 7 minute frosting with brown sugar? My mother used to make me a yellow cake with this frosting and i miss it, and my mother too!I love that frosting and do not know the ingredients. Please keep up your recipes - Have your own cooking show and don't worry about Foodnet Work as they have been loosing a lot of good people and very noticeable. I would love to have your receipt Peach Jam - I must have missed it, sorry. Love your sons and family - You are such a lucky women and don't you forget this. You will do just fine in spite of what has happen. I have lots of trust and faith in you and know this is just a very small set back for a very short period of time smile Get yourself some better attorneys and don't keep worrying as I do feel for you. Paula, I have looked everywhere for a recipe that my Grandma use to make. A Chocolate Carmel topping on top of Ice-Cream. She cooked it and when it was ready, it would separate when she put it on top of our Ice-Cream. It was so delicious! When I lived in Milford Indiana in the 60's, we went to a Drive-Inn for fried Tenderloin Sandwiches. It would be a thin layer of meat, dipped in a batter that would puff up and the sandwich would be bigger than you could eat. It was so delicious too. No one ever knew the recipe for that one either.
