I have to have broccoli casserole on my Thanksgiving table. I also like to stuff my turkey with a part of the stuffing that I'm preparing. I just don't add as much liquid to the part I'm using for the turkey because the turkey juices will moisten it just fine. I don't like gummy dressing! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I fear folks just don't appreciate it much anymore since Christmas takes over almost same time as Halloween. I remember when one didn't see any Christmas trees (or Santa) until Thanksgiving night. In my neighborhood, that was the event of the day. Gather 'round the school yard and see the big tree lights come on. Hope y'all at Paula have a great Thanksgiving! God Bless.
