After seeing Paula and her husband appear at a book-signing in Ridgewood, I was impressed by her fans great affection for her (and her husband.) Fans were screaming with joy when they entered the room. I have since read her biography and enjoy her website and books. I've become a fan myself.

Perhaps you can help me. I created a very easy cake recipe with as many variations as you can dream up. Originally the plan was to enter the Pillsbury Bake-Off, but they no longer use cake mixes as they don't own the cake mix part any longer. Texas Coffee Traders here in Austin was supplying the syrups and I would take the cakes in for them to taste. They all liked them very much. It is a goal of mine to present these wonderful moist cakes on TV so others can enjoy the simplicity and the variations. Do you have any suggestions how to present them? I compiled a cookbook of my - about 1,400 - favorite recipes and have had it printed up but I have to assemble it. Some of the cake recipes are in the book, but I have also come up with others. Any suggestions you have would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks for your great recipes and your wonderful ideas and I really love to see you working with your very handsome sons. You are definitely an inspiration!!!!!
