Mini Mummies, a fun treat to make with your kids

Two ingredients. There has been no easier recipe we have tested in our Paula Deen Test Kitchen and no recipe that disappeared any faster out of the oven than these simple and tasty Mini Mummies.

Who doesn’t like a hot dog and piedough?  Clearly no one in our kitchen. Try this with your children or grandchildren, it is a perfect recipe to have the kids help with. After all, there is no wrong way to wrap a mummy. It’s still ends up good in your tummy!  Mini Mummies are perfect for an after school snack or to take to the school Halloween Party. Feel free to make them bigger with a whole hotdog or try with a smoked sausage for the adults. Make them extra scary by dipping them in vampire blood (ketchup) before you eat them!
