Just last weekend, my husband and I went to Harrah's Casino in Cherokee, NC. We ate at your restaurant there at the hotel and had a marvelous time. The food was awesome and very reasonable. My question to you is: what were the pickled tomato looking things on our plates? I hate the burger and he got the chicken salad sandwich. Delish!!! My husband just loved them and we really were hoping you sold them in the store; but you did not. Is there any way we could get the recipe sent to my email??? We would greatly appreciate it. Love you, your awesome and love all the recipes that me and my daughter haved tried. Thanks so very much. A loyal viewer/follower!!! God Bless, keep the great recipes coming...from you, Jamie & Bobby

Hey Francis! Occasionally, I like to look through the site and saw your question. YES, you can freeze whole tomatoes. Actually, that's the way I like to freeze them. I just wash them and dry them well and put them in a zip top freezer bag. They are perfect for soups, stews and sauces this way. When you take them out of the freezer, you can peel the skin right off! Only thing is Francis, they take up a lot of freezer space –luckily, I have plenty and I hope you do too.

Speaking of tomatoes, I just got back from Las Vegas and had "tomato jam" on a Monte Cristo sandwich. It was delicious. Does anyone know how to make that?
