Are you hungry for some inspiration this year when it comes to your Christmas dinner table? Of course we encourage you to keep the classics around, like your holiday ham and traditional turkey. But why not serve a wider variety and shake things up with a new show-stopping protein?
Every year at Paula’s house, you’ll undoubtedly find a ham, a bird and beef tenderloin, so that all of her guests will surely find something they like. Your guests might enjoy a delicious duck, or maybe lamb chops! If stepping out of your seasonal tradition is a little out of your comfort zone, keep your heavy hitting turkey and dress it up with a different twist, like a sweet and tangy maple cranberry glaze. No matter where you decide to shine your main course limelight, don’t forget to do it with love, and little bit of Southern style.
Let one of these showstoppers take center stage on your holiday dinner table!
Stuffed Beef Tenderloin
Roast Prime Rib of Beef with a Rich Pan Sauce
Honey Mustard and Pecan Coated Lamb Chops
Pork Crown Roast with Stuffing
Crab Stuffed Flounder

I would much like to have Ms. Deens recipe for Red Cabbage Cole Slaw I was prepared on her show of December 11, 2012. She had her son with her and the recipe looked very good. I would very much to add it to my Christmas dinner. Please forward. Thank you and Merry Christmas Gina Atkinson

You have been such an inspiration to me and at 55 I was laid off from my job and would like to start my own business...you have given me that strength just seeing what you have accomplished...I took one of your cooking classes when they were small at Uncle Bubba's...it was one of the last ones you were doing...it was like being in your kitchen and having a cup of coffee with a friend...I had lunch at the bar with your husband Michael who is just a dream...I Loved him...I wish you and your family and most HAPPY AND BLESSED NEW YEAR and thought it was great that you gave up your own gifts so that you may give to others...you are truly an INSPIRATION....Thank you for being you...MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY AND BLESSED NEW YEAR...Love Ya Paula

Paula, I made your foolproof standing rib roast Christmas Eve. Though I was skeptical with the directions on how to cook it, I trusted you, as I often do, and oh my Lord that was the best ever! My husband, who is hard to please with meat, was very impressed. Thank you for such an easy recipe and wonderful meal. Love all your recipes and watch you daily. Thank you for making me look like a great cook. Merry Christmas Paula to you and all your family and may you have a very blessed New Year. Phyllis
