My Dear Paula, Let me start by thanking you for such entertaining shows! You are one of the sweetest, most lovable people on television, or for that fact, "on God's green earth"... You do everything with such passion, and I just love you!... You raised two awesome sons that are almost equally entertaining! ... I love following your recipies because you are so explicit, and easy to follow... Again, thank you, and I wish you and your whole family a Merry Christmas! ... Much Love, Carol Boutin Methuen, MA p.s. I truly hope that some day I can make it to Georgia to meet you! I am retired because I am disabled, but my Firefighter husband Paul will retire in a little over a year, so maybe I can convince him to take a trip with me... God Bless You Sweetie!

Ok Paula - Here is one for the books. This holiday has been full of trial and tribulations personally so to ease some of the pain I decided to invite a lady friend over to back. Most everything went simply until we came to what was supposed to be my favorite. Peanut Butter fudge. The recipe called for 2 tbls butter, sugar, peanut butter, marshmellow creme, and vanilla. Distracted as I was I added two and 1/2 sticks of butter into the boiling pot of sugar on the stove instead of 2 tables spoons of butter. And too top it off I made two of the recipes. It said not to double it so we made them separately. As you can imagine I have a heap of sugar, marshmellow, peanut butter creme that of couse did not make into fugde. I put it into a large container and am wanting to make something out of the convection instead of letting it go to waste. My husband said I should be able to add flour, baking soda a couple of eggs and make this convection into a cake. Is this true or is there something I can make intstead of wasting this entire batch of goodies. Anything you can help with would be greatly appreciated. And P.S. dont tell anyone about how your read about this lady whom couldnt tell 2 tbs from 2 1/2 cups of butter....How silly..... We love you Paula Thanks in advance. The hams are at Food Lion and Wal-Mart here in Savannah. You can call Smithfield's number 800-831-1828 and they will know who carries them in your area.

I have seen a comercial for Paula's Spiral Ham on the television. The one that the wrapping is blue. Is this a product that I can purchase at the store? And if so which grocery store is it available? I would love to have one. I'm going to check at Giant Food tomorrow, but I really don't want to go to all the stores looking for something that I can't get in the store. Love Paula, she is so sassy and loveable. Thanks
