i need recipe low in sodium an low chlostriol i know i did not spell that right,but maybe you can understand it.this is for my husband.i have diabetes iv'e had it for 27 years.its not easy i just lost 72 lbs but i need to lose about 100 more lbs,please pray i can work on it.i love you paula an your boys,paula you have lost a lot of weight.i love your recipes.

I love your recipes and have some of your books. I hope other chefs and the media will leave you alone. My husband is a diabetic and it is ok that you told you are a diabetic. They should leave you alone. I have watched some others who prepare recipes for TV and they aren't always health food. Hang in there and don't let the "turkeys" get you down.

Paula, Love ALL of your recipes. I enjoy trying them and serving them to my family. I am a little (a lot) full figured, but it is not because of your recipes and cooking. I enjoy food and know to do some items in moderations. My family loves my homemade beef noodles over mashed potatoes. We all know it is a lot of starch and fat. It is not something I cook every day, or even monthly. It is something I fix for a special occasion, like a birthday. Please do not let what some of the media is saying about you and your cooking make you feel bad. We as consumers have a responsibility for what eat and bake. (Not you) As far as having an illness, I sure hope you can understand it and able to keep it under control. I don't feel you have to explain anything. That is your personal life. I have enjoyed watching your shows and have a couple of your cookbooks. Just like I have enjoyed watching Pioneer Women and have one of her cookbooks, or Semi Homemade. She even fixes a cocktail with all her meals, that doesn't mean she would cause me to become an alcoholic. The media is out of control. Hi Paula, I wish you would put some Good Diabetic recipes on your show Or on here. I am a type 2 Diabetic and I do not understand all this carbs. and the rest of it.I am a southern lady and only cook like beans,mash pot., fried food lots of fried food. It is a big change for me as I love to eat.I am over weight & 70 yrs old. I am sorry to hear that you are Diabetic too.
