Love these recipes! I enjoy our county and State Fair so much that I started entering the Culinary Arts contests a few years ago. My first entry was a Honey Oatmeal Cookie (made with at least 51% honey)and I won 2nd place! My family and I were so surprised and had a great time at the fair. Thanks so much for all the great recipes. I gave my son your "My First Cookbook" for Christmas a couple of years ago when he was nine. He's all "boy" but loves to help out with mealtime.

Paula, To heck with the diet! Your recipies are alway the best. I told you a long time ago when you were here in Albuquerque, that your fried chicken is better than my Grandma's. It is still true. Bless you! Chris
