Sweet potatoes and buttermilk give a great and comforting flavor to this recipe.
One of Paula’s favorites! Corny cornbread will definitely become a hit with your family.

Paula, Your cornbread and muffin mix sold in stores makes the best cornbread I have ever made. The sour cream makes it so moist and it is not grainy at all. My husband has not been a lover of cornbread, but he loves yours. Thanks!

Hey Paula! Love your shows and recipes. I'm originally from Virginia and when I was a kid, my mother used to do a corn bread pancake type thing in her iron skillet. But, I don't remember what she used other than corn meal. Do you have such a recipe? Thanks!
