About 2 months ago. I ordered Paula Deen's cookware 16 piece set. Well I here say that I love it! Now I would like have Bake ware. I was watching your show today where you were making the Volcano Cake. I looked up the recipe and it lists one of the ingredients in the Cream Mixture as: 2 cups 4X or 10X sugar. In watching the show today I assumed or thought you were adding powdered sugar. Is that correct? If not, what is 4X or 10X sugar? Confused in Arizona. P.S. Loved the show and recipes.
