You know paula i just love you and your sons and the whole family your shows are wonderful i have tried some of your recipes like the carmel apple pecan cheese cake oh my made my tongue slap my brain well anyway just wanted to tell you paula you are awesome and so is your whole family. And i think it'great how you took charge of your diabetes iam a type 2 diabetic and i love to eat and i know how hard it is to live with diabetes. Hi Paula: I'm sure glad you are keeping your original recipes (i.e., chicken and dumplings and chicken pot pie)! I know that we can have good comfort food when we eat in moderation and exercise each day. I'm 63 years old, and I love your cookin'!!!!!! I was told by my doctor that my cholesterol is that of a 20-year-old. Don't stop making those good recipes, Paula! I cut your recipes in half when I cook for me because my children have their own families. When I go to a cookout or holiday dinners.....and keep my recipes new and yummy, I look in your cookbooks and your web site. Thank you, Paula!!!! Katherine P.S.
