I watched you and Jaime make chicken salad on your show a couple of weeks ago. It was so good! Just very basic with mayo, chopped celery and onion, chopped boiled egg, chopped English walnuts, salt and pepper, and chopped chicken breast. I think that was it. I love it on Ritz crackers!

There is nothing better than chicken anything, I couldn't survive without chicken. God really knew what He was doing when He created such a tasty bird. When I make chicken salad I always need the crunch such as walnuts or pecans, celery, or water chestnuts, a bit of finely minced green pepper and onion are a wonderful addition to any salad. Lemon juice and lemon zest are the best flavor enhancers. Thank you Paula for all these great recipes to try, you are the such a inspiration as a mother and a cook. In admiration, Dixie <3

The newsletters are great. I always find at least two new recipes that I try and enjoy from each week's update. I like them because the recipes are easy and delicious. We love avocados so I can't wait to try the Avocado Chicken Salad. I'm always needing new ideas for food because we have lots of church fellowships with meals, of course!! And Paula's recipes never fail me. Please keep them coming.
