Ingredients
2 cups light vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
2 teaspoons sugar-free vanilla syrup
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:
Combine the ice cream, milk, half-and-half, syrup, and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Prep Time:  5 Minutes
Cook Time:  None
Difficulty:  Easy
Yield:      4 servings

Per Serving: (3/4 cup) 130 Cal (30% from Fat, 16% from Protein, 54% from Carb); 5 g Protein; 4 g Tot Fat; 3 g Sat Fat; 1 g Mono Fat; 18 g Carb; 1 g Fiber; 10 g Sugar; 218 mg Calcium; 0 mg Iron; 106 mg Sodium; 13 mg Cholesterol

Test Kitchen Tip: Nutmeg adds a unique, almost eggnog flavor to this milkshake. For a fresher taste, use whole nutmeg and grate it with a zester. If you prefer to use chocolate instead of vanilla ice cream, omit the nutmeg and add a pinch of ground cinnamon instead.

Love the shake, I make one and use fat free chocolate frozen yogurt instead of the ice cream and add the hazelnut favored splenda.
