Bobby Deen’s Everyday Eats

By Bobby Deen

I didn’t used to always care so much about what I ate. But when I hit 30 years old, I knew that I didn’t feel as great as I could. So I decided to start taking better care of myself. Taking a stronger interest in my diet and exercising became of greater importance to me – and you know what? It paid off!

Today I’m 43 years old, and I feel better than I ever have before. In fact, eating good foods that are good for you and exercising regularly has become such an important part of my life that I can’t imagine doing anything else. It’s easy and fun!

A lot of folks I speak to are scared of eating good, healthy foods. They say the ingredients intimidate them, or they don’t have time. Well, I’m here to tell you that eating healthy doesn’t mean that you have to resign to eating salads for the rest of your life – no sir! That’s why my newest cookbook, Bobby Deen’s Everyday Eats , is so important to me.

I wanted to show everyone that not only is it EASY to eat great at home, but you can do it with ingredients you probably already at home, and in no time at all! Need dinner in a hurry? No problem. Now you don’t have to throw a microwavable lasagna on the table to feed your family. With these recipes, you can create great tasting meals for you and your loved ones, and know that what they’re putting in their bellies is going to make them feel good, too.
