Up your daily serving of veggies when you take a bite out of Paula’s black eyed pea salad.
Make no “beans” about it, this salad is great for Church gatherings, or Sunday supper side.
Simple. Clean. Fresh. Here’s a salad that’s a breeze to prepare, and pleasure to eat.
It may sound a little weird, but we’re confident this will be one for your favorites for a salad in a hurry.

I love watching your shows. I just haven't had the time to cook any my fiancee ' has been sick off n on n he has been in Ochsner in New Orleans since Christmas eve I'm sick of hospital food I never want to see it again they call it health but it is loaded with grease n salt. I got sick off the gumbo last week. I would rather be in slidell hospital the food is a hole lot better. Thanks for being on the TV n your sons ya'll are so wonderful my mom bought your cookbooks n she is in a nursing home when she gets finished looking at them n giving some recipes to a friend that lives close to her to try some of them for her n bring it to her she will give them to me n we will enjoy them. My fiancee' is a diebetic bad but he can't use the sweetener because it makes his sugar go over 600 n between 800 so none of them for him it is 600 times sweeter than regular sugar so that is a no no. Thanks again Michelle Soule' n family GIVE OUR LOVE TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY
