  • 2 sweet potato rounds, (meat department)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut


In a medium bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, pecans and coconut together thoroughly to make a crumb topping. Place sweet potato rounds in a single layer in a lightly greased ovenproof dish. Cover with sugar-pecan mixture and bake in a 350° oven until topping is melted.
