Wondering if you can use same recipe for blackberries? Great recipe pretty much like the one I used to use when my children were small, but used canned peaches. 74 years old and have been collecting recipes for almost 50 years. my hope was to publish a cook book that I have been working on for past 15 years. I love cooking and read cook books instead of novels! I have collected and given away probably over 500 cook books. Love Paula and dislike with a passion the bad publicity she received regarding her diabetes. My sons think she reminds them of me!!!

I've made this recipe many times and I love it but I alter it slightly. I add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the peaches as I boil them and I add a teaspoon of vanilla to the crust mixture. My family always requests this cobbler. Love your technique Paula!
